Through our membership in the USGBC, Manhattan can use the USGBC Member logo on our marketing materials. Through the company store we can embroider this logo on any shirt of your choice. For dress shirts, we can embroider it on the cuff and for polo shirts we can embroider it on the sleeve. We can also screen print it on your topping out shirts.
When placing your on-line order be sure to note in the comment section that you would like the U.S. Green Building Council Member logo added to your shirt.
The USGBC Member logo has 10,000 stitches, so it is not a cheap logo to embroider. Like most things, the more you order the lower the price. Expect to add the following cost to your shirt when adding the logo:
1-5 quantity: Add $7.50
6-11 quantity: Add $6.00
12-25 quantity: Add $4.84
How do I place an order?
Select the item you would like to order, in the size, color (if applicable) and quantity you want. Select Add to Cart for each item you would like to purchase. When you are finished shopping, you can choose Checkout at either the top or the bottom of the page. After reviewing your order, you can enter your shipping and billing information.
How do I pay for my order?
All company store purchases are paid for via a job number and cost code combination or through payroll deduction. Please note that if you are making a personal purchase, it may take 2-3 payroll cycles to show up on your check.
All orders, regardless of payment method, will be shipped to your WORK address.
How long will my order take?
All orders are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month. This means that your order may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Standard delivery is 7-10 business days, depending on product availability. If your item is unavailable, you will receive an email to inform you. Also, please take the time to plan carefully for holiday needs, as many factories are very backed up in the months of November and December, and your order could take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on package weight and UPS Ground rates. Rush shipping is available, however RUSH CHARGES will apply.
The following charges apply to your order:
1 – 5 lbs. $6.00
6-10 lbs. $8.00
11-15 lbs. $10.00
16-20 lbs. $15.00
21 + lbs. No preset rate. Will be determined based on specific weight.
Tulsa deliveries will incur a $2 shipping charge only.
If you require rush shipping, you must indicate this, along with your due date in the Additional Information section of the Checkout page.
How can I check on my order?
When you place an order, we will automatically notify you when we receive your order and notify you when your order ships. Please note that since orders are processed on the 1st and 15th of the month, if your order is placed (for example) on the 4th, it will not be processed until the 15th, and then may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Your confirmation e-mail will contain a reference number and estimated ship date. If you need to make specific inquiries about your order, or make changes, please use this number. Please do not call about the status of your order unless your estimated ship date has already passed.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. Please contact Corporate Marketing (918) 878-3317 if you would like gift certificates for the company store to give to your Manhattan Construction Group employees.
Can I return my order?
We strive to offer high-quality merchandise, but recognize that defective merchandise may appear in very rare cases. We will gladly replace any defective items, but you must call (918) 878-3301 before returning a defective or damaged item to receive a return authorization.
All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Returns of non-defective merchandise must be made within 30 days and will incur a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, and unused. We regret that we cannot accept any clothing items that have been washed or worn.
Custom imprinted or personalized merchandise is not subject to return unless defective.
